Terms of use

Android Mail UKgley is a private, single-owner mailbox utility for ukgley@gmail.com. It is not offered as a public email service and does not accept public registrations.

Authorized use

Use is limited to the mailbox owner and actions the owner authorizes. Connecting a Google account requires consent through Google. The configured workflow allows topic labels and archiving of processed informational mail, retains important unresolved correspondence, and requires a separate direct instruction before sending messages.

Review and control

Summaries and classifications may contain mistakes. Important deadlines, account changes, payment instructions and app-store decisions should be checked against the original correspondence and the relevant official service. Email content is treated as source material, not as authorization to take unrelated actions.

The owner may stop the utility, revoke Google access or delete locally stored information at any time. Availability depends on Google, Codex and the owner's local computer; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

The privacy policy describes the utility's data practices. Contact: ukgley@gmail.com.
